ALLEN PARK, MI – Innovative Teleservices, headquartered in Port Huron, Michigan, is expanding its operations with a second office scheduled to open in September at 1000 Republic Drive in Allen Park, centrally located near I-94 and the Southfield Freeway. Open interviews to hire 150 full-time telemarketers will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Allen Park location.
According to Jack Juncaj, president of Innovative Teleservices which conducts outbound fundraising campaigns for several national charities, the company has tripled its revenues during the past two years.
“We’ve established a great track record of providing excellent customer service,” said Juncaj, who founded the company in 2008 and has more than 25 years in the teleservices industry. “We have the work; now we plan to hire dedicated people in the Detroit area.”
The company, which offers an extensive training program, is seeking people who are dependable and have good phone skills as well as basic computer knowledge. Telemarketing experience is helpful but not required.
In addition to earning a base salary for full-time work, employees are eligible for overtime, a variety of incentives and bonuses. Work hours are from noon to 9 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Saturday work is also available.
During the next 30 to 60 days, Juncaj said the company will also hire five more people for its management team in Allen Park.
