ANAHEIM, CA – Former Dearborn, Michigan resident Allie T. Mallad, who at one time owned more than 150 Little Caesars Pizza franchise stores and who has worked within and owned 10 different franchise brand names, knows franchising. Mallad is the Founder, President and CEO of Massage Green International Franchise Corp.
With his Massage Green Spas, which was started just four years ago, he sees an opportunity to replace Little Caesars as “THE BEST VALUE IN AMERICA,” a title that chain has held for years.
“Massage Green is being organized and grown to be the largest chain of Spas in the fast growing health and wellness segment of our economy,” Mallad said. “We are a Green Friendly socially responsible concept, which is also a fast growing part of our society. We will offer consumers affordable luxury and our franchisees an amazing business model with an easy cost of entry, amazing atmosphere and simple operation,” Mallad said.
By the end of 2012, Massage Green will have approximately 25 units in Michigan, Texas, California and Florida and is on schedule to open 1,000 units within eight years. In June 2012, the company signed franchisees and an area developer in California and Michigan who will build more than 70 units.
“Our growth to date has been word of mouth, and continues to be the best kept secret; however, that is starting to change rapidly, especially with the preparation of our national franchise launch,” Mallad said.
“Our Spas are built green friendly,” Mallad said. “Property owners love our concept. We use environmentally friendly building supplies. At each new spa, we offer the first 500 consumers one year’s worth of massages at a very affordable price of $29.95 for a one hour massage session. Each new spa employs 20-30 persons, so we are offering jobs.”
Taking another page from his years of franchising experience, Mallad said he has a Massage Green Program in place where Spa managers and therapists can eventually become entrepreneurs and own their own unit.
Massage Green services include therapeutic massages such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports reflexology, trigger point, cranial sacral, reiki, and prenatal plus hot stone and aromatherapy and express massages.
