Dearborn, MI – The Dearborn Community Arts Council is once again hosting the annual First Lady’s Tea honoring Dearborn’s First Lady, Christina O’Reilly on Saturday, April 25 at the Dearborn Hills Golf Course Clubhouse at 1pm.
This traditional High Tea offers a fun filled afternoon luncheon highly anticipated every year by many in the community whose attendance guarantees a “sell-out”.
As in years past, tables will be artistically decorated by arts supporters, prominent community members and cultural and business organizations. The High Tea luncheon features an assortment of fine teas complimented by Mimosas, salad, scones and muffins, assorted tea sandwiches as well as a buffet of tempting desserts. Guests will be serenaded by live music provided by Steve Jarosz, an accomplished flamenco guitarist, while they enjoy the wide array of creative table settings, gift bags, door prizes and shop the Teatimes Treasures auction. The highlight of the event is a distinguished Keynote Speaker to be announced.
Proceeds from the First Lady’s Tea fund programs and activities benefiting DCAC’s 46 umbrella groups and activities of Dearborn Senior Services. Information below on tables available for decorating or single tickets.
