DEARBORN, Michigan – The Dearborn Farmer’s and Artisan Market is continuing its temporary transformation into a Winter Market 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 19 at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center.
Visiting the Market is a good way to beat cabin fever and the winter blahs.
Admission and parking are free at The Center.
The City of Dearborn, the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce and the Farmer’s Market have joined forces to present this off-season event one Sunday a month through April.
Popular vendors from the summer version will be on hand for the Winter Market, including those selling edible goods. High-quality crafters will be returning, with some new additions anticipated.
Cooking demonstrations will be offered by the Dorsey Culinary Academy at noon and at 2 p.m.
Visitors will also have the chance to sample foods from local restaurants. Unique shopping experiences will take place again on Feb. 16, March 16 and April 13.
The market will feature musical and other performances.
