DEARBORN, Michigan – The Dearborn Community Arts Council is hosting the annual First Lady’s Tea at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 12 at the Dearborn Hills Golf Course, 1300 South Telegraph.
This event is traditionally a sell-out, and both men and women are welcome. First lady Christina O’Reilly of Dearborn is the host.
This year’s distinguished speaker will be Cathy O’Malley, general manager of Fairlane Mall, sharing the latest exciting news regarding the “Fairlane” experience.
Tables will be uniquely and artistically set by prominent members of the community and will be appropriate for a high tea luncheon.
The event will also feature a “Teatimes Treasures auction.”
On the menu are mimosas, and an assortment of fine teas complimented by a gourmet soup, Michigan salad, a selection of tea sandwiches, scones and muffins, fresh fruit and a buffet of tempting mini desserts.
