DEARBORN, Michigan. – If you enjoy building with LEGOs, then the Dearborn Public Library has an event for you – the LEGO Design Challenge. Entries are welcome from children, teens and adults, as well families and groups.
Projects must be built at home and then brought to the Children’s Desk at the Henry Ford Centennial Library during the registration period February 24 – 25. There is a limit of one entry per person. In addition, a family or group may submit one entry.
Entries must have been made by the exhibitor using LEGOs, Duplos, Mega Bloks or similar plastic blocks. The entire piece may not exceed the dimensions of 18” x 18” x 18” in size.
Everyone is invited to attend the Awards Reception on Saturday, February 26, at 2 p.m. in the Children’s Area at Henry Ford Centennial Library. Each participant will receive an award certificate.
