DEARBORN, Michigan – The Dearborn Health Department reopened after its summer hiatus on Monday, August 16 and will offer back-to-school services in August, September and October. These services include back-to-school physicals, immunizations, and various testing.
The Health Department will present back-to-school immunizations and physicals during special clinics held on Aug. 18, Aug. 25, Sept. 1 and Oct. 6. The clinics are open to both residents and non-residents of Dearborn.
There is a $25 fee for residents and $35 fee for non-resident for school physicals. Call 313.943.2090 for more information.
The Health Department is inside the Henry Ford Centennial Library building, 16301 Michigan Avenue. Its hours of operation are: Mondays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 1:30 to 4 p.m. The department is closed on Thursdays.
